Terms of Service
Qami AI Teams is provided by TopNam Academy LLC as an invite-only service for customer organizations and their authorized users.
Last updated: April 5, 2026
These terms apply to use of the public website, the product, and related services unless a separate written customer agreement says otherwise. If there is a conflict, the written customer agreement controls.
Who may use the service
The service is intended for customer organizations and the people they authorize to use it. Public self-serve signup is not part of the service model. Access is provided through invitation and approved customer workspaces.
Accounts and workspace responsibility
- Users must access the service through their own authorized account.
- Customers are responsible for managing invitations, user roles, and internal approval to use the platform.
- Customers and users must keep credentials secure and must not share accounts or bypass access controls.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive, discriminatory, or abusive conduct.
- Do not upload information unless you have the right to provide it and the right to have it processed through the service.
- Do not interfere with the platform, reverse engineer restricted parts of it, or attempt to access another customer's workspace.
Customer data and platform rights
Customers keep their rights in the data they submit to the service. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, score, transmit, and display that data so we can operate the platform and support the customer relationship.
We keep all rights in the platform, software, content design, scoring logic, and related intellectual property, except for customer data and any other rights that cannot be limited by law.
Qami AI Readiness Baseline results and AI-assisted features
Baseline scores, reports, summaries, and AI-assisted outputs are decision-support tools. They are designed for internal enablement and readiness assessment, not for autonomous employment, hiring, promotion, or disciplinary decisions.
Customers remain responsible for how they interpret results, what action they take, and whether human review is applied before any business or people decision.
Availability, suspension, and termination
We may change or improve the service over time, including prompts, workflows, reporting, or assessment content. We may suspend or limit access when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, misuse, or legal compliance. We may also terminate access if these terms or a customer agreement are materially violated.
Disclaimers
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free outputs, or that the service will fit every customer workflow or compliance requirement.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, or data arising from use of the service.
